Pathseekers is run by the RSSB Educational & Environmental Society and is affiliated to CBSE vide Affiliation No. 1630982. Spread over an area of 25.79 acres, presently the school offers high standard of education to students of Pre-school, Primary, Middle, Secondary and Sr. Secondary sections. The current strength is about 1024 students across all classes. The school is fortunate to be situated amidst magnificent natural environment.
Academic blocks are air conditioned and designed to promote learning environment. Class rooms are spacious and furnished with modern furniture. All four academic blocks are designed, furnished and equipped with furniture and equipment suitable for the specific age groups. School has 61 digital class rooms, Physics, Chemistry & Biology labs, two Computer labs, Language laboratory, Logico-Mathematical laboratory, Robotics laboratory, Activity rooms, Gymnasium, Art areas, Audio visual rooms, four Multi-Purpose Activity halls, Free play areas, Playgrounds, Indoor stadium, Outdoor stadium, Offices, IT room, Infirmary and Dining halls. School has a dedicated team of hobby teachers who guide the children in Music, Dance, Drama, Weaving, Art & Craft, Little Chef, Sculpture, Carpentry, etc.
The school follows an inquiry based, developmentally appropriate, play based curriculum. The Project Approach to learning has been integrated into the curriculum across classes allowing the children to explore knowledge and build experiences. Teachers teaching across all the age groups from Pre-school to Sr. Secondary work in groups. They ensure continuity in curriculum areas.
